• The very first step is to cancel all the ongoing printing jobs, and then turn it off.
• After turning it off, you can unplug it for ensuring your own safety as you are going to check the inside and outside of the printer.
• Now, gently removes all the papers from the tray, and
• Reload the tray.
• You have to check for small torn out pieces of paper which might have stuck inside.
• Once you clear the tray, open the access door.
• After opening it remove every paper stuck inside.
• Since, you have opened the access; you can also see the rollers inside.
• Clean them gently and remove the debris with soft and moist paper towel.

When you are done closing the access door, plug the printer and see how it is working.
